Creative journaling is a wonderful tool that is a mix of creative mindfulness, vision boarding, intention setting and manifesting to help you bring what you want in to your life.
This course will be a mix of meditation, visioning, intention setting, focusing and fine tuning desires and dreams. Helping you to feel empowered to go after what you want and to feel confident enough to know you can be, do of have anything you set your mind to.
Let 2023 be the year that you make things happen for you and let this course help you up your game when it comes to being in your power and making choices.
This is a 4 week course of one hour a week with two options available
Friday Mornings starting on Friday 6th January at 10:30. and finishing on Friday 27th.
Tuesday Evenings starting on Tuesday 10th January at 7:30 and finishing up on Tuesday 31st.
