The following terms and conditions apply when booking with ART JAM IRELAND:
- A 20% booking fee applies at the time of booking.
- Booking deposits are non-refundable
- All bookings must be paid for in full 30 days before the event.
- Cancellations made after full payment are non-refundable.
- Credit cards are not accepted.
- Exact payment dates, account details for transfers and addresses for cheques or drafts will be provided once you confirm final numbers.
- If room hire charges apply this is the responsibility of the client.
- Clients are liable for any cancellation costs of room hire should they apply.
- An extra charge of €10 per person applies to any Art Jam that takes place outside of the County Dublin Area.
- Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
